This Policy applies to property owners (including NRIs), tenants, prospective tenants, business partners, service providers, and website visitors interacting with HomeBridge India.

3. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
  • 3.1 Personal Identification Data – Name, Address, Contact Details, Date of Birth.
  • 3.2 Government Identification – PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, OCI, Visa documents.
  • 3.3 Financial Information – Bank account details, IFSC/SWIFT, rental income records.
  • 3.4 Property Documentation – Ownership deeds, agreements, inspection reports.
  • 3.5 Technical Data – IP address, browser details, cookies, device identifiers.

5. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA (SPDI)

13. AML & KYC COMPLIANCE

HomeBridge may collect identification and financial records to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While reasonable security safeguards are implemented, HomeBridge shall not be liable for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
