Buying a DNR home with us

Will I pay more by booking through HomeBridge?

No. The price is the same as booking directly with DNR, and the developer pays our fee. You do not pay us any brokerage.

What is the payment plan?

In the April 2026 cost sheet: 10% within 10 days of booking, 80% in line with construction milestones, and 10% on possession. We share the full cost sheet for your unit.

What extra charges should I expect?

GST at 5% on the unit value, plus registration, stamp duty, maintenance and sinking fund deposits, clubhouse membership and utility connection charges. The cost sheet lists the approximate amounts.

I live abroad. Can I still buy?

Yes. We do live video site visits, share documents over email and WhatsApp, and guide you through NRI home loans and payments from an NRE or NRO account.
